SAVARIN is a restaurant that offers a gastronomic experience that ranges from understanding the customer, the selection of seasonal products, the preparation of the menu and finally a high-level gastronomic offering. 

Named in honor of Anthelme Brillat - Savarín (French gourmet), and his cuisine concepts about the cuisine. These concepts inspired the brand identity were taken as a basis to develop the brand identity trying to express the sophistifaction and the style of the simple and high level cuisine offered.
